In my senior year of high school I volunteered taking care of an elderly woman with Parkinson's disease for six months. The experience made me realize how much I enjoyed taking care of people who otherwise could not take care of themselves; which is why I enrolled in the year long Certified Nurses Assistance program at my high school Norwich Free Academy. After graduating high school and my Certified Nursing Assistance program I got a job at Apple Rehab in Colchester, CT in August of 2014.
