To be honest i have not had a lot of experience lately. but when i was in high school i took care of an elderly neighbor who had emphysema and arthritis. i would go over after school everyday and spend time with her. I would also cook her dinner and make breakfast and lunch for her the next day for her to heat up in the microwave or just take out and eat. i have a 6 month old that i could bring for visits i have my own car so i could drive them to appointments if needed.
