Irene’s Bio

Mother of four, grandmother to one. Part time nanny for one year old grandson and the family dog. I have worked with many young adults, aging individuals and children, including those with special needs. I am experienced and comfortable working with individuals requiring assistance to achieve daily tasks. In the past I have worked with individuals with mobility issues, intellectual impairment, blindness, autism and a variety of other life challenges. I am also the mother of a former preemie. Among my work history I have worked with Day Kimball homemakers as well as Alternative Enrichment at Bel-Spa.

I am available as a sitter/nanny companion, and would be a great match for a special needs individual regardless of age. I have the experience of a Yia Yia (nana) the energy to keep up, and am extremely honest and trustworthy.
