If I could give Jennifer zero stars, I would. After numerous texts and emails confirming she would babysit (even right up to the night before the babysitting job), she didn't show up. She didn't call or email beforehand to tell me that she would not be coming, which though inconvenient would have allowed me time to find someone else. After she didn't show up at the agreed-upon time, I texted and phoned her numerous times while waiting for her, thinking she was stuck in traffic but she never picked up her phone or responded to texts, nor did she ever call to apologize or even explain why she had not come. I had even told her she could bring her young son to the babysitting job because I know how hard it is to leave a little one but even after that, I had to scramble to find my kids a place to stay while becoming increasingly late for an appointment.
Do not hire her if you want a reliable babysitter.
