I'm compassionate,dedicated,dependable and motivated. I have over 20 years experience caring for different individuals and ages. I'm CPR/first aid certified. I have worked in nursing facilities ,group homes and in private homes as a caregiver.i started working in this field because of my brother who is developmentally disable with autism, my first job was working in a state mental health institute at the age of 16. I love what i do, able to help individual with different needs. Teaching them to maintain and continue their independents in society and being a productive person with a positive attitude & role model .Im good at it because i am compassionate and put myself in their situation and understand that could be me.
