Tara’s Bio
Hello,
My name is Tara and I am new to Sitter-city! I am a very compassionate and caring person who is the mother of three children (20-18-11). My oldest daughter is attending college in Nashville, and my younger daughter is a senior in high school! At this time, my daughter and son are completing their coursework online, which gives me more flexibility in my schedule. I am a retired Air Force veteran. I attend the University of Alabama as a part-time student! Roll Tide! Prior to returning to college, I worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for two years with the elderly (assisting with activities of daily living, assessments of health, initiating emergency care, etc.) at an assisted care facility.
Your loved one will have my full attention and oversight. I am patient with a positive demeanor. You and your loved one will always be greeted with a smile! I am an organized caregiver. I will assist with their daily routine and make sure requested tasks are complete. I enjoy cleaning and will complete light housekeeping as needed. In regards to the COVID pandemic, I will adhere to CDC guidelines.
Lastly, I joined Sitter-city for the flexible schedule and to begin my transition from nursing care in a facility to in-home companion care. I look forward to caring for your loved one while you work, take a break, go on a date, etc. I will happily answer any questions and provide a resume if needed.
Thank you!
