I have worked with the elderly and special needs for over 8 years. I have outstanding patients with those that can not do for themselves. I understand that sometimes those who can not do for themselves often get upset and angry with themselves. I know how to effectively make that person not feel that way. Lots of patience, understandings, encouragement, and some love seems to do the trick.
I know how to properly take care of someone from bathing, meals, changing clothes, cleaning house, dealing with emotions, down to just talking with someone and making them feel special. I believe it's important to make those who feel down on themselves feel special and important to the people around them. I enjoy helping people and making them laugh and smile.
