My grandmother moved down from Minnesota anout three years ago and the main reason was to spend time with her daughter (my mother), i don't believe she knew she would pass recently but if she had not come here her life would have met an end much earlier. While my grandmother lived with my parents i had just moved back home a year before that and my parents had to work to take care of bills, so i was home with her and made sure if she happen to make a mess, i would clean it up. If she forgot to take her vitamins i was there at the proper time every day to make sure she took them. I learned one clear about taking care of elderly folk, it's much closer to taking care of infant than people realize and my daughter is 7 months old so trust me i understand. She died July, 4th 2020 and it was the hardest thing i experienced in a long time. I am definitely thankful i see the ability i had to spend with her. Now, i want to give other elders that same ability to enjoy and love life no matter how much time they have left.
