I have worked in an Assisted living facility where i also lived part time. Every morning I would get up make coffee and do my rounds. Making sure diapers were dry and those who could go to the toilet went if they needed to. Then I would get the paitents up for the day. Showered if needed as well. Then i would make breakfast. Then take them back to where they want to sit and relax and i would start my daily cleaning. I would also fix them lunch and dinner. I took them to the bathroom or changed diapers every 3 hours. Then at night after dinner i would get them ready for bed. throughout the day i would also make sure they took thier meds as well. I would also check them every 3 hours during the night.
