My experience includes being a mom (24 years now & counting) of four very active children, two that are on the Autistic spectrum ; additionally managed full time care of my elderly grandparents, over ten years, until they passed a few years ago. Duties included: running numerous errands, doctor appts, overseeing different medications, cooking/meal management, housekeeping, hospital and rehabilitation stays/visits, multi-tasking, managing meltdowns/temper tantrums (grandparents and children) etc..... I'm very comfortable dealing with cranky and/or sarcastic people of all ages, especially the elderly.. I am happy to be social and talkative as desired or quiet if that's preferred - I'm adaptable to whatever is needed- partial to the elderly.
I have drafted, managed, and executed power of attorney papers for health, legal, and specialized specific needs for my family and others. I've been the hospital and rehabilitation center family spokesperson for my family and others. I've been the executor of an estate, performing numerous miscellaneous duties. I know CPR and was trained & certified years ago. I had a small in home daycare many years ago and have worked in a large daycare as well.
