My name is Maeva C.
Taking care of seniors started when I began as a full-time caregiver for my parents who have passed on. I love being a caregiver which I have
4 + years of experience. I have taken care and have hands-on experience with a feeding tube, breathing Trach and breathing machines. Also, I clean open wounds and rashes, keep track of blood pressure using mini arm device, manage all types of medicines from regular daily medicines to severe pain medicines and I can give shots. I also help with feeding, bathing, dressing, help with the bathroom and cleaning after them, and do lymphedema massages. Also, I cook healthy meals, do light housekeeping, run errands and transport to doctor's appointments. Another skill I have is dealing with Diabetes Type 1 and 2. I do Insulin shots, work with Insulin Pumps, as well as Glucose meter .
Being a caregiver is not only very rewarding but a continuous learning experience. I am respectful, patient, fun, kind, alert and friendly. My goal is to help you take care of your senior loved ones with understanding and compassion.
