I am a retired and am seeking a part-time care giver job on Monday and Wednesdays, 8am-6pm.I can also work a weekend so you can enjoy date night or see a movie. I have been with the same family since March, but the daughter's work schedule changed and she no longer needs me full-time. I care for an 87 year-old, male who has had strokes and is in end stage Alzheimer's/Dementia. I have cared for many friends and relatives over the years who have had strokes, Alzheimer's/Dementia, and many other health conditions and diseases.

I am responsible, reliable and experienced. I am a great cook and will care for your family member, as if he/she was one of mines. I love dogs and am allergic to cats(especially, if they lounge on furniture). I have my own reliable transportation. I'm very patient, especially with Dementia patients from onset to final stages. I can administer medication and provide the necessary medical, physical and emotional support to you and your loved one. Being a caregiver of a family member is very difficult. I would be happy to assist you and give you the much needed break.

I will be a licensed Behavioral Psychologist mid-2019. My area of expertise will be counseling the bereaved. I have experience with glucose checks, monitoring blood pressure and many other medical skills.

I am not able to do heavy lifting due to back issues but can provide the necessary grooming and well care to support the client. I typically get paid $20 an hour because of my experience but can negotiate.

I am a christian and enjoy "giving back" and helping others.

I am in the process of getting my CPR certification renewed but am familiar with giving CPR.
