Hi, my name is Karyn and I live in North Port. I have had such a compassion for the elderly and something that I have been wanting to do for a long time. I took care of my Mom and Dad at home til they passed away, my Mom had cancer and my Dad had dementia and Parkinson disease, after they passed I also took care of a woman part time with other care givers and she was a diabetic, she has also passed away. I have given showers, taken them to the bathroom, given shots, cooked, cleaned, changed soil diapers and depends. Always keeping them clean and as happy as I could make them just by paying attention to them and keeping them company.
