For the past 18 years I have managed a variety of people. When I became a manager at a 55 plus manufactured housing community, I realized how many people needed help. Because of my job title, I was not able to do certain things. It broke my heart to know so many people were just left there alone with no one to talk to. I spend my off time trying to help them. When my mother was dying, I spent a great amount of time helping her and my father. I believe knowing someone is there for them, that they can trust, helps take the stress off of the family also.
