Shelby’s Bio
My name is Shelby, I am 24 and live in Pensacola, FL. I am a compassionate caregiver capable of working with old/young people. I understand and recognize their needs and feelings. I cook, launder and put away clothing and pay special attention to the physical condition of the patients.
When I was 13, I moved in with my elderly great-uncle to assist him after his wife died and keep him company. I stayed four years, until he passed, and loved every minute. I have also had experience in assisted living facilities, working with everything from self-sufficient people who just needed company to those who have experienced strokes. I prefer to help in the role of a friend and am very sensitive to the aspects that can be embarrassing at times.
