I formeray held my CNA license for 3 years - I did not renew in 2016. I worked for an agency mainly giving Medicare showers. I then had a private care job with an elderly client suffering from Alzheimer's. My next job was an elderly client as a companion. These were all part time positions. I also had cared for my late husband who passed away in 2015 from complications of Early Onset Alzheimer's. I have discovered through these experiences that I have a heart for being a companion.
