My name is Erika Lopez, I am from Colombia. I recently obtained my Registered Nurse License from the Florida Board of Nursing, including the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC), which allows multi-state practice. I also have three years of experience in clinical setting, including acute and primary care from Colombia. In 2015, I took the decision to move to the United States to study English. During this time, I got married and decided to start a new life here. I went back to school and obtained my Associate in Nursing.
I believe that nursing is an exciting and challenging field that allows me to help others and make a difference in their lives by providing care that focuses on all facets of a patient’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial condition.
