Just to let you get to know about me and my past experience as a child care provider. I have been taking care of a 7 year old boy and a 9 year old girl, two school aged children for the past year. I cooked for them, drive them to after school activities and learning programs and much more.
I learned so much about the trials and tribulations of what it is like to be a kid growing up all over again and I enjoyed every moment of it. We formed a bond in getting to know their likes and dislikes, and I felt like part of their family.
I have always loved children. I enjoy reading with them, doing homework and just listening to their thoughts, they bring a smile to my face.
At times it can be challenging, but I find that talking and reasoning with children about what is really going on is the best way to deal with tempers.
I am loving yet have rules of behavior that I expect. I am warm and caring!
