I have grown up in a house with animals my entire life. I have always loved animals, so much so I went to Auburn University with the intent on become a veterinarian but ended up with a Bachelors of Science in psychology. I worked from 6th-12th grade at a private quail hunting plantation that was Orvis certified. From 9th-12th grade I was professionally trained by an Orvis Master Trainer on how to train bird hunting dogs. I currently own two weimaraners; one male named Foster who will be 9 on Christmas day and a female named Skye that I rescued from a shelter who will be 12 in May of 2016. I'm 30 years old with no children at the moment so these two dogs are my life. Since leaving the plantation I have trained all of my friends dogs and really enjoy the challenge and the reward at the end of the process when you see what the dog is capable of doing. I often volunteer at my cities Humane Society shelter and have fostered many dog with the purpose of getting them trained so they become easier to adopt. I currently live Georgia but I will be moving to Birmingham on Monday, October 5th.
