I'm CNA certified (with "Highest Academic Average" award upon graduation.) I've worked in Assisted Living facilities, have experience with memory care, and hospice. Lots of volunteer experience in assisted living communities in Georgia and Tennessee, and I love being able to provide physical and emotional support to others.

In 2010, my grandmother was diagnosed with ALS. I helped hospice assist her with Activities of Daily Living, and decided then, that I wanted to go into a helping profession.

I was in the hospital for several months for several surgeries (including multiple bowl obstructions) from age 17-21. I know how it feels to need help with things, and how emotionally and physically tiring being sick can be. I'm forever grateful to the doctors and nurses that took care of me, and it's because of these experiences, that I'm able to have compassion and tenderness towards others that need caring for. z

Being a CNA has been one of the most rewarding careers I've ever had, and I love being able to be a helping hand and a listening ear for others.
