I became a care companion/care giver about 8 years ago. Started first with my Aunt and Uncle. I kept house clean, cooked, gave medication. Both passed away with altimer(not sure of spelling). Another one i was with for a few years was a lady that was 56 with a half of brain. She was like a child at times. I always took her shopping. out to eat and to church. She was put in the nursing home. That is just a few. Several more that i have stayed with References are available at any time.
