Tyeshia’s Bio

I am a 26 year old woman who is seeking a full-time first shift Mon-Fri position. In 2004 I began tutoring a classmate of mine in math, her ill grandmother grew very fond of me. Although I had finished tutoring my classmate after a few months, I found myself continuing to visit her grandmother simply because I enjoyed providing the companionship. In 2005 I was asked to officially be Mrs. Lisa's care giver/CNA; I remained by her side until she passed in 2013. I assisted her with ADL's, sat and talked with her, listened as she talked, light house keeping, administered medication, meal preparation, transported her to/from appointments/errands/and outings (all transports were gas logged), documented and charted patient's activity and care.

I was a CNA by day and a childcare provider by night at a 24 hour daycare facility. I began working there in 2005 as a Lead Teacher before being promoted to the front office and then the Assistant Director of the facility. I absolutely adore children just as much as I adore seniors and individuals with disabilities, they all hold a special place in my heart. I remained at this facility until a tree fell through the roof in 2013, and the facility closed down.
