As one of the most difficult jobs in the world, the work of a senior caregiver is also highly fulfilling. As a senior caregiver, I am responsible for helping clients with physical and cognitive health. This includes helping clients with walking safely, assisting in exercising, eating correctly, bathing safely, and providing them with a shoulder to lean on for emotional stability. I gained experience in senior care by working in health field for 5+ years. I also have a daughter that is 21 years old so caring for her also gave me experience in caring for people. While working at assistant living, I learned about giving out medications to clients, which is difficult when one doesn't want to take her/his medications. I am an energetic people who loves helping senior.
