Ms. Earnestine was very eager to 'get a job'. Her focus was on getting paid not rendering the necessary services to get paid! My job, personal safety and infant were jeopardized during her four days as a nanny. I am still dealing with the repercussion of her services with my job. Her presence was very disruptive - my child is extremely easy going - her presence should have made my life easier not exponentially more complicated. She would have been terminated, on the spot, on day one, however, her services required that she was with me out of town. She is a CNA and may work well with elder care but infant care is not an area that she is skilled in - by her own admission.
