Available and willing to assist with the planning and preparation of meals, making beds and changing linens, light housekeeping to include dusting and vacuuming, dressing and grooming, laundry and ironing, taking out garbage, running errands (pickup prescriptions, dry cleaning), engaging in physical and mental exercises, providing medication reminders, escorting on appointments (hair salon, physical therapy, etc.), maintenance of calendars/organizing mail, engaging in activities (games, memory books), looking after pets and most importantly, companionship.
My role is to provide peace of mind to both family and friends in knowing that their loved one is well taken care of in lieu of their presence, as well as be a source of relief from their usual daily responsibilities.
