Julie’s Bio
I have been blessed to serve children with special needs for the last 10 years in varying capacities. This has included caring for foster children with developmental delays, nannying for children with ADHD and asthma, and the privilege of being a personal caregiver for a child with cerebral palsy for two years until his passing.
Even before my first professional experience, I grew up with friends who had exceptional needs and was raised in an atmosphere of care and serving others. I believe in the intrinsic value of each and every life and believe that we are created in the image of God and deserve dignity, value, and service - especially those with special needs.
A child with special needs is a loved one who needs special care. My goal is to fulfill those extraordinary needs for each unique child with all the love and respect his or her parents would with all of my heart to the best of my ability no matter how challenging the task at hand may be.
