I am a not a certified nurse but I have four years’ experience working part-time with the elderly in an public and private sitting. During this time, I learned a lot about the special needs of the elderly and I have the ability to provide professional but courteous service.

I have nursing skills to provide the basic health care services such as checking vitals and I know what signs to look for that could indicate a problem. I can lay out the medication for the patients and check to make sure they are taking it correctly. I also have the stamina to assist the individuals by helping them in and out of bed, getting dressed, bathing and with their meals. I am also CPR, First Aid and AED certified.

I have the flexibility to work when you need the coverage in your home. In addition to helping patients with their daily activities, I also have the ability to perform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, washing dishes, doing laundry, changing bedding, preparing healthy meals and monitoring the patients to ensure they are eating their meals.
