I am Elizabeth, I am 27 years old and I live in Valdosta. I have experience with older folks needing companions, help around the house, assistance to the bathroom or changing clothes. I worked with my grandmother who had limited mobility for 3 years, she needed help to the bathroom and needed to be fed. I cooked light meals and cleaned while she slept. I also volunteered in a nursing home for a year recently, I sat by patients bedsides and convetstaed with them, I walked with them, and just sat quietly as they slept. I am a very dependable, trustworthy care companion.
