I always new that I wanted to go into a field were I could really help people and really learn how people tick I have met many people in my 15 years of experience every one of them so different and unique I have learned a lot the one reason I became a caregiver is this u just never no from one day to the next what is going to happen it like every day is a new learning experience .

Hi my name is Samantha nice to meet u some of the cases I have had in the past .
stroke patients/ Dementia/ Paraplegic/ Alzheimer's/ diabetes care/Hospice care/ patients with COPD. worked in a nursing home in lake bluff IL were I was a kind of like a baby setter for the elderly I had 18 patents which mostly had dementia or Alzheimer's that I had to make sure they were behaving and not fighting two years of that was all I could take plus to be honest the pay was not worth all the fights I had to break up but a vary good learning experience .
As far as training the company I work for is called Homecare Angels there in Des Plaines IL and I am up to date on all the training the state of IL requires . some of the other services I provide are light house keeping/shopping/help with bathing/cook and love to get the client involved so that I can learn how to cook what the client likes /escort client to doctors appointments.
