Hillary H. Care Companion in Chicago, IL 60626

I’m Hillary and I have 9 years experience providing care for children and the elderly.
My work as a caregiver began when I was a high school student and worked with after school arts education programs in the local elementary schools. Over the years I worked as a youth and senior citizen dance instructor as well as an arts and music ambassador where I enjoyed singing in nursing homes.
I am professional actor in the city and am passionate about working with people and helping make someone's day a little easier or life a little better. I have held a variety of positions in between acting jobs, including personal training and working in the Grubhub corporate offices downtown, but I always come back to wanting to help others.
I am currently a student at the Second City improv and comedy training center which has helped me learn to think on my feet and provide positive energy in any situation and my work as an actor and as a Corporate Fulfillment specialist have kept me detail oriented.
I am an excellent help with household chores and errands as well, and I am very comfortable with pets of all shapes and sizes!
A current passion project of mine is writing and illustrating children’s books with my mom that we are working to one day publish and share with eager young readers everywhere!
