Tania was extremely professional from start to finish. She followed up promptly for a phone interview, came to our house early and responded promptly to text updates throughout the night. She immediately put us at ease and had an instant report with our son and dog. Our son was feeling a bit sick and she was very sensitive to that and his additional needs.
