Caregiving is my career. I am a 62 year old female, CNA.

January 2012-March 2012 cared for a couple (late 80's) husband was a hospice patient.. This was a live in position.

I also have performed Agency work: various clients as come and go assignments. My agency clients were both hospice patients and recent hospital discharge individuals in various stages of recovery.

May, 2012-January 2013 female hospice patient in her home for 35 weeks, live-in 24/5. This was a complete care requirement as patient was bed bound. I am able to take complete care of individuals based on their care plan.

February 2013-April 2013: various assignments.

May 2013-June 2013 live in, 24/5 care. Hospice patient, female.

July 2013-January 2014 12 hours daily assignment Alzheimer patient, female.

I have transported to and assisted patients with Doctor Appointments. Grocery shopping, meal preparation specific to dietary needs. Light housekeeping, laundry, etc.

I am very respectful towards others. My focus is on the unique and specific needs of the client/patient both medical and personal. I appreciate the importance and comfort afforded individuals in their home. My manner is quiet and thoughtful.
