I have spent over 20 yrs as a caregiver/personal assistant/aid. Its the only occupation that really fullfills me. I have in home care, agency and facility experience. I have worked with elderly, disabled elderly, disabled adults and I spent about 5 years caring for an autistic child with hydracephalus. In home care usually consisted of assisting with regular daily activities; showering, dressing, shopping,cooking,med reminders/pass, bill pay, transfer assist , some light housework etc.
