I have been taking care of my daughter, who has A.D.D., Aspergers, and O.D.D. for 12 years, while homeschooling her for the past 3 years. She can be a handful, but I have read books, and listened to pod casts, and learned to be the calm parent. I had to be, cause nobody else would do it. The public school system, in Phoenix, AZ, would rather place her in the principals office by herself, not learning anything, than deal with her. She cut her 4 times, under their care, and she was caught wondering on the open campus school grounds 3 different ocassions. I am Bi-Polar, so that might exclude me. I am also medicated, and dedicated to taking the medication on a regular basis. If I can't keep myself, balanced and healthy, then I can't be successful in keeping my daughter healthy safe, and balanced. Here's hoping that I am the right candidate for assisting your loved ones.
