Provided total care for 5 years for my Grandmother who was bedfast, cognitively impaired, diabetic, and had seizures. Spent a summer assisting a re-tired Dr. who cared for an Amish community. Spent several summers as a tag-a-long for a home health care nurse who was a friend of the family. Experience with bed baths, wound care, catheter care, feeding, visiting, cooking for special diets, and house cleaning (had my own business for 2 years).
Did not take any nursing courses because I went straight into missionary work after caring for my Grandmother. Am currently a Bible instructor.
Enjoy seniors very much. Prefer female clients. Willing to do housework while sitting with client. Looking for a part time job that would allow me to also work at my current part time job. Not available from Friday night to Saturday night and during whatever hours my new part time job requires (yet unknown).
