I have worked in several nursing homes in the past. Worked as a CNA, Social Services and Activities Director. Also, licensed cosmetologist.
Four years ago I helped take care of my dad while he was on hospice. My mother was in a nursing home for a short time and I relocated to help take care of her. She lived with me and I took care of her needs (24-7) due to her advanced dementia.
I have also assisted others with light cleaning of their home and organizing their medicines. Volunteered at Sterling House Assisted Living with crafts and games and just visiting with the residents. Ran errands and taking to doctor appointments.
