25 plus yrs. working with others in residential facilities, caring for those that have needed a compassionate soul to listen. I have a bachelor's degree in social work, and have different levels of training, cpr, first aid, etc... that would work in this particular area of expertise. I also have a bit of experience working with onset dementia, one on one, and I enjoyed that particular assignment more than any other that I've done. I love working with the elderly population, it truly is fascinating to me. Mutual respect, compassion, trustworthiness make me a good fit for caregiving.
