Patterson’s Bio
I am a nursing student from the University of Kentucky who is interested in pursuing pediatric nursing after graduation. For the past 3 years I have done volunteer work with DanceBlue (UK's 24 hour dance marathon that sponsors our pediatric clinic). I have worked closely with many of the kids and families over the past 3 years. I was a peer mentor at Dunbar High School, and have worked with elementary school students who have learning disabilities. In my professional and extracurricular life I am extremely diligent and organized. Whether working on academic, professional or extracurricular activities I am always applying proven critical thinking, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
