I have been a caregiver most of my life. I began babysitting as a teenager, cared for my grandmother for her last several years of poor health, a proud mother of one daughter and three step children, assisting mother and sister on disability and providing care to my uncle for the past five years due to multiple surgeries and medical issues. I also mentor several college students on a weekly basis.
I grew up on a farm and have loved and been surrounded by animals as long as I can remember. Currently, I have 2 dogs, 8 cats and a horse.
