Am a cook at Kentucky one hospital been there 4 years before that I was at UK for 12 years supervisor over 45 to 60 people making sure we followed the patient food allergies and senilities ,cultural, ethnic and religious preferences. complies with regulator agency and standards with federal and state law. Before that I worked at EXCEPTICON On Trent Boulevard working with mental disability : MY Responsible was assisting individuals to live a self-
directed life, assisting with activities of daily living, implementing individual programming, and being
responsible for the routine operation of the home while on duty.
Collaborates and cooperates with involved agencies, family members, and other service providers;
participates in meetings and provides relevant information.
Transports individuals in personal and/or company vehicle for community outings or scheduled
appointments.
Responsible for individual’s work related personal and financial transactions.
Works independently with minimal supervision in field location assignments.
Ensures that the worksite is safe, comfortable, well maintained, and free from hazards.
Provides coverage in emergency situations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
