Hi there, my name is Debbie Powell. I currently attend NSU as a 3rd level BSN nursing student. I have been on the "President's List" (straight A's) for the past 3 semesters.
I have over 10 years of experience performing private sitting services for elderly adults. I have had the pleasure of getting to know them, spend time w/ them, & care for them. I also have had the honor of helping those who were gravely ill (on hospice) transition over. I also have 5yrs of experience working as a Nurse-Extern on medical surgical unit. I have vast knowledge & keen skills. I am comfortable giving meds, assisting w/ bathing, changing diapers (or colostomy bags), performing lite duties, running errands, cooking, feeding (any method, oral assit & NG or PEG tube), washing the linen/laundry, etc. . . Really doing anything that your loved might need. I WILL CARE FOR THEM AS IF YOU WERE A MEMBER OF MY OWN FAMILY!
I also know several ladies that have worked on past jobs w/ me who are willing to step in & help out. These ladies (& myself) are trustworthy, compassionate, nurturing, Christian women (of all ages). I love & trust them; they know where the extra key to my house is kept.
Payrate depends upon the job, duties/skills required & overall Acuity level.
