I started off as a Certified Nursing Assistant working in hospice then I moved to work as a direct service worker. Working in those two field really made me find out who I am. I am a very patient, energetic, compassionate, & motivated person. I'm a excellent caregiver and disciplinarian I had to learn how to be a disciplinarian while working with kids who has autism and down syndrome. I'm also a learner I learn as I go because I don't know everything because every person is different with different situations. I'm a great young candidate with skills for any job.
