I immediately began working in this field as a companion worker after highschool. I started out in facility trained locations and after about 4 years of facility based work i began home health. I have worked with elderly, disabled, developmentally disabled, babies and adolescents with conditiobs ranging from alzheimers and dementia to trachea and tube feeding. I absolutely love helpibg people abd between juggling school and other activities i always simehow fubd myself back to companion care.
