Hi, my name is Ceta

I have worked as a Care Provider off and on since 1994, after becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. I started this profession in Louisiana. In 1999, I got married and our family relocated to Colorado. I worked as a Care Provider in Colorado off and on until 2016. I worked for home care agencies and much of my work was as an Independent Contractor. Most of the time when I was not working as a Care Provider, I worked in Corporate America in accounting and other roles.

In 2014, my son and I started our own non-medical home care agency called HoMERS. In 2015, my dear Mom feel ill and became mostly bound to a wheelchair. I moved in with my mother and my daughter and I provided most of the care for my mom and I continued to operate the business and work as a Care Provider for my own small agency and, work on my Masters degree. In 2016, after much prayer, I knew that it was time to return home with my mom so that she could be around her other children and other family members and friends. Mom agreed. We closed our small home care business and we relocated to Louisiana July 2016. I continue to take excellent care of my mother, and I always will.

In 2013, I graduated Magna Cum Laude, earning my Bachelors degree in Organazational Management in Human Resources. Aftet much hard work, dedication, and commitment, I earned my Masters degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction, graduating in 2017.

I have always from childhood enjoyed being in the company of older and more mature people, and I still do. Providing tender love, excellent care, and quality companionship to others gives me peace, joy, and fulfillment. I truly enjoy that part of the works of my hands, and believe that I was meant to fulfill that role during certain times in my life. It is one of my innate gifts!
