• Provided clients with intellectual disabilities with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles and with dressing and grooming.
• Maintain records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor or case manager.
• Care for clients by changing bed liners, washing and folding laundry, cleaning, and assisting them with their personal items
• Plan, purchase, prepare, and serve meals to clients according to their prescribed diets.
• Participate in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client’s needs and plan for continuing services.
