The best way to describe myself is as a compassionate individual. I enjoy cooking, exercise (resistance, aerobics, biking, swimming, etc.), and and helping others. I want to motivate every individual that I come across, whether it be something as simple as having a better day or complex as becoming more physically active. I have training and coursework in health and kinesiology, and extensive experience in clerical, filing, organization, and personalized cooking, and cleaning. I have an American Red Cross CPR/AED and a NASM Personal Trainer certification available upon request.
