I've been helping individuals including those with physical and mental disabilities for over 10 years. Being of service and caring for others comes natural to me and I find it to be very rewarding . What I love most about my helping others are the connections I make and the relationships that are formed. Each experience is unique and I am always learning something new. My many years of being in service to others has given me the perfect training to use my caregiving and organizational skills. My most memorable work experience is when I was a Personal Assistant to an individual who suffered from a mental disability. Time management was a necessary focus for this person. Providing cues and reminders was a big part of my job, which helped this person in completing daily tasks. I helped with errands, shopping, meal prep, cooking, housekeeping, organizing, administrative support, and provided transportation to appointments. The compliment I get most frequently is that I'm patient, friendly, hardworking, detail oriented, flexible, and reliable. I look forward to meeting you.
