I have been in the Home Health service for 6 years. When my children were younger I ran a daycare out of my home caring for other peoples children as well as being home with my own. As my children grew up and no longer needed me, my aunt got terminally ill and a facility was not where we wanted her placed. I then took care of her and then my grandmother. The longer I did this the more I realized that there was a great need for people to be able to stay in their own homes. I went to school and got my certification. I have been doing private care for 6 years and know that this was what I was meant to do.
