I have previously transported an elderly man who used a wheelchair from his nursing residence to his home. I am very committed to treating my elderly patients with respect and care. I feel it is important to understand that not everyone is able to function as well as they would prefer and patience is a important thing that I have. I feel working with people that are older can be beneficial to both patient and caregiver. I am a good listener and enjoy having meaningful conversation that could be the difference in a patient having a good day.
