Dennis’s Bio
My experience is in caring for my father in law. I initially took care of him as a live in care provider. He has CHF and extremely limited mobility due to spinal cord problems. During boughts of anxiety and agitation, I seemed to have a knack for calming him down. Also, he is 6'2" and over 200lbs so I could assist him with transfers alone whereas my wife (his daughter) could not. In addition I would simply keep him company with lengthy conversations or watching sports together. If you need this type of care for an elder family member, please let me know. Call me crazy, but my wife mentioned that I actually seem to enjoy it.
